Private Dining

For parties of 25 guests and above, we offer space at Pluto’s private dining room. Here are good acoustics and an atmosphere of its own, that creates a cozy, and informal set-up for your party. The room is equipped with a cocktail bar, quality-conscious waiters with a personal twist, and chefs with focus solely on your party. There is a separate entrance to the left of Pluto. A room fee of DKK 5.000 is charged for all events and a minimum spending of DKK 20,000 om weekdays, and DKK 35,000 Fridays and Saturdays.

A deposit is required for larger parties.  We close at 12 a.m., unless we in advance arrange a bar set-up running to 01:30. (on Sundays we close at 11 p.m). 

Modifications

Alterations of the confirmed number of guests, must duly happen 48 hours prior to the reservation. If alterations happen after this, we reserve the right to claim payment for the last agreed number of guests. This is justified by preparations and purchases for the scheduled event. Should you have any modifications to your reservation, i.e., arrival time, special dietary needs, etc., we kindly ask you to contact the restaurant as soon as possible.

Text messages are not valid.

Payment

If you wish to pay by invoice, this must be agreed in advance, and there will be an administration fee. When paying with Danish and European company cards, as well as credit cards issued outside Europe, there will be a payment fee.

Cancellation

Should you be obliged to cancel your reservation or to move it to another date, we kindly ask you to contact us at info@restaurantpluto.dk no later than one month prior to arrival. This allows us to offer guests on the waiting list a reservation at the restaurant. If the cancellation happens after this, we reserve the right to claim payment for the last agreed number of guests. This is justified by preparations and purchases for the scheduled event. Should you have any modifications to your reservation, i.e., arrival time, special dietary needs, etc., we kindly ask you to contact the restaurant as soon as possible.
Cancellation is only valid via mail.

No Show

Should the group not show up on the agreed evening, without having notified the restaurant in writing, you are kindly advised that due to the high demand for a table at the restaurant, we find it necessary to invoice the person/company responsible for the group of a total of the agreed price pr. person. If the group does not show up without any further notice, we will have food going to waste and an empty table, which we would much rather offer to other guests, should we know of the cancellation prior to the evening.
